Min Swan | Managing Director

Our wild Scorpio leader leaves no stone unturned in her pursuit to find ways to grow, connect and celebrate those around her.  Self-employed at 21 with a three year ‘sabbatical’ in corporate land at age 30, Min’s varied and wide-ranging background from financial services to strategic planning to event management, sees Min dedicate herself to projects with ferocity and focus, and with a keen eye for what differentiating factor is going to put her clients on the map.  

Able to disseminate complex information and structure events and strategies to communicate with intent, Min is behind many projects, initiatives and connections that make the Sunshine Coast an innovative and world class region to live in.  Few have escaped Min’s “here is a crazy idea” opening line, and most have survived to tell the tale of what comes next!  

Returning to the Sunshine Coast in 2010, Min was driven into the event world by her love for people and years of feeling like events missed the mark when engaging at a deep and unforgettable level with attendees. Spending 12 years in the financial sector means she is no stranger to wonderful experiences, having travelled the world attending conferences and events. Min’s most memorable trip was to Paris at the age of 24, attending a majestic black-tie gala dinner at the Palace of Versailles and a day-time conference in a retired Parisian circus tent! 

Min is the President of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network and executive support and strategic planner for a variety of Chambers of Commerce and industry groups.  Her love for the Sunshine Coast knows no bounds.  

Some interesting facts about Min: She has two, young active kids, is a HUGE Richmond Tigers AFL fan (and has run onto the Gabba with her son), and her favourite food is anything cooked by someone else and especially if served in a fine dining restaurant. 

Angelique Hallett | Events & Marketing Coordinator

Angelique is a driven, organised, thorough and adventurous event professional who brings a fresh perspective to her role as Event and Marketing Coordinator at White House International.

With a strong passion for the event industry, Angelique excels in fast paced, high-pressure environments, consistently delivering exceptional results. her attention to detail, combined with her outstanding customer service experience makes her adept at managing detailed event logistics and creating seamless guest experiences.

Whether it’s solving problems or bringing clients’ visions to life, Angelique’s enthusiasm shines through in everything she does. With experience in the wedding industry she loves bringing client’s dream events to life and exceeding their expectations.

Some interesting facts about Angelique: At just 20 years old, she embarked on a solo journey around Australia, completing a full lap of the country, an experience that highlights her independence, drive, and love for exploration. Her favourite food is a nice steak and mash or creamy Italian pasta.

Annika Lee-Jones | Events Manager

Don’t let Annika’s quiet, calm exterior fool you, she is a forward thinking, highly organised machine who was obviously born to deliver marketing outcomes and seamless events with finesse. 

With a never ending to do list, a line-up of events to promote and manage, Annika is the consummate professional taking each day in her stride and providing peace of mind to both clients and the team that is everything is under control.    

 Juggling her full-time events and marketing career with a professional netball career, Annika is a former Sunshine Coast Lightning, West Coast Fever and the Celtic Dragons player and now plays for the Sunshine Coast Thunder.   

When she isn't busy behind the keyboard or playing netball Annika is a proud fur mum to her two Golden Retrievers Houston and Griffin. She is also as fierce in the kitchen as she is on court, having previously run her own cookie business.

Some interesting facts about Annika: To keep herself nice and creative Annika loves to sew, often sewing her own clothes.  Unable to choose just one favourite food, Annika’s top three are Sushi, peanut butter ad Japanese sweet potato.   

Gabrielle Parker | Events & Marketing Coordinator

Gabby thrives in high-pressure environments, a skill developed through both her professional career and sporting experience.

Having honed the ability to remain cool, calm and collected as a netball umpire, she’s successfully transferred this strength into the events industry.

A forward thinker, Gabby is always focused on creating innovative solutions and looking ahead.

She is passionate about connecting with others and takes great pride in engaging with the Sunshine Coast community, where she believes there are countless inspiring stories to be discovered.

Outside of work, Gabby enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, exploring local markets and attending live music events.

Depending on the task at hand, we have a committed team of regular members that are ready to join our core team at any given moment.

What is more, we will reach outside of our own organisation to partner with other professionals if their ability to execute specific objectives and obtain greater results is evident. This provides you with a cohesive and comprehensive outcome without the stress of managing multiple contacts and relationships yourself.



How it all began.

Min Swan first founded the company as White House Celebrations in 2009 to fill the void she felt when attending events that were lacking in imagination and WOW factor, failing to make them truly memorable.

With a strong strategic and financial background, Min succeeded at equally blending high level strategic objectives, budgetary and financial targets with her innovative ideas and flair for creative design.

Min is the queen of dreaming up crazy ideas, surprise elements and impressive solutions which make our events both reputationally (if there is such a word) and financially successful!

In 2020, with the vision to connect the world to the Sunshine Coast, propel client’s onto the world stage and embrace international talents within the team, White House International was born.
