Be part of the conversation and join the change makers crafting a more circular economy approach to business.
The Crafting a Circular Conversation series stars serial collaborators who believe in challenging the status quo!
These are change makers from across the Sunshine Coast and beyond who are working to reduce waste, increase efficiencies, regenerate and innovate - all while creating exceptional services, products and business for good.
We are thrilled to announce that for episode #4 of the Crafting a Circular Economy event series we are headed to the hinterland at the Brouhaha Brewery in Maleny!
On September 16th we will be providing the first networking opportunity of the series along with Brouhaha’s curated Beer and Bento experience. This is where guests can be introduced to some of their craft beers, the producers and artisans they work with, and the opportunity to connect with other like-minded folk.
On the couch with host Todd Widdicombe will be Brouhaha’s Head Brewer and owner Matt Jancauscas and special guest Christine Ballinger from Falls Farm. These two local legends will be providing a deeper insight into their approach to business, what they are currently doing and what drives them.
There will also be some bonus spotlights on other circular economy innovators and thinkers from across the Hinterland including Helen Andrews, Spare Harvest and Ryan Hollis, everfocus.
Plus, updates from the ASPIRE team on how to join their sophisticated Circular Economy trading platform designed specifically for business.
Guests have the option to join in the conversation in-person at Brouhaha Brewery or stream it online (free of charge) from their homes via the Circular Economy Sunshine Coast Facebook page.

FIND OUR MORE ABOUT BROUHAHA:
Brouhaha Brewery was founded by locals, for locals. For the brewers, chefs and staff, this belief goes beyond creating a friendly watering hole for locals to enjoy a cold beer and a tasty feed. Brouhaha believes that as a business, they have a responsibility to support local and keep business within the local economy where possible.
Brouhaha's Brewer's Bento is an excellent way to experience the delicious food and beer the brewpub produces, as well as gain an insight into how Brouhaha plays into the circular economy of Maleny and the Sunshine Coast.
The Brewer's Bento includes three bite-sized courses of local produce, prepared by the Brouhaha Chefs, partnered with one of their locally crafted beers expertly paired by Head Brewery and owner, Matt Jancauscas.
Over the three pairings, you will experience Brouhaha's circular economy ethos in action, while learning the versatility of beer's flavour characteristics and how to navigate the perfect pairing partnership.
