The MercedesTrophy is an exclusive series of invitational amateur golf tournaments for Mercedes-Benz customers, which has been running since 1989. Each year over 60,000 players globally tee off at the MercedesTrophy in local, regional and national events, competing to qualify for the MercedesTrophy World Final at the ‘birth place of the automobile’, Stuttgart, Germany.

An exciting element of the MercedesTrophy Australian National Final Australia is the ‘Drive to the Major’ straightest drive competition. The golfer whose drive finishes closest to a marked line on the designated hole have won a VIP trip to the Open Championship which is held at Royal St George’s Golf Club, England.
